Get ready to go see a wide-release movie about the life of one of the heroes of the faith, William Wilberforce. The movie is called "Amazing Grace" and opens Feb 23rd, staring Ioan Gruffudd and Albert Finney. The movie is made by Walen Media, who also brought us "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe". Wilberforce, as you know, was a committed Christian and British MP who fought for over 20 years to abolish the slave trade in England. It is a beautiful portrait of a man who knew his calling and persevered faithfully in following the Lord's calling upon his life year after year.
